Gibson Firebird, Historic Art Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Includes Hard-Shell Case
A combination of a traditional square-shoulder dreadnought body and quilt maple makes for a rich and balanced tone.
The combination of Gibson’s traditional square-shoulder dreadnought body, coupled with the bright, crisp tone of quilt maple back and sides gives the Gibson Firebird a rich, balanced tone that’s all its own. No less stunning in appearance, the maple back and sides are hand-rubbed with a cherry stain. Adding more eye-catching features are the MOP and abalone flame inlay in the ebony bridge and fingerboard that culminate in the headstock’s striking MOP and abalone design of a phoenix rising from the flames.
